Delta VNG vs International Version: What’s Different?
There are two different things called “VNG” and they are often confused. This guide separates them.
Two things called VNG
- Roblox VNG: This is an official, licensed version of Roblox for Vietnam, published in partnership with VNG Corporation. It is a real, legitimate Roblox client.
- Delta VNG build: This is a variant of Delta Executor labeled for use with the VNG version of Roblox. It is not made by Roblox or VNG Corporation.
These are different. Roblox VNG is official. Delta VNG is a third-party tool variant.
What Delta’s VNG build is
The Delta VNG build is intended for users who have the VNG version of Roblox installed (primarily in Vietnam). It is a separate APK from the standard Delta build.
Important notes:
- The VNG build may lag behind the standard build in version number
- There is no ARM32 VNG build that we could verify
- “VNG APK” is a common term on scam pages; be cautious
How to tell which Roblox you have
Check your installed Roblox app info. If you downloaded from the Vietnamese app store or VNG’s distribution, you likely have the VNG client. Most users outside Vietnam have the international version.
Before you switch
Switching between Delta builds is different from switching Roblox clients. If you change your Roblox client, your account is subject to different terms and support channels. Be aware of this before switching.
For travelers: your app store region can affect which Roblox version you get.
The two VNGs, explained side by side
“VNG” can mean two different things. The first is Roblox VNG, the Vietnam-region version of the Roblox app. The second is a Delta Executor build that people use with that regional app.
The first is a game client. The second is a tool. They share a name because the tool is described by the client it is meant to run alongside.
The International version of Delta is the general build aimed at the standard global Roblox app. The VNG build is aimed at the Vietnam-region client. That is the core difference, and it is the one most community discussion is built on.
Players confuse them for three reasons:
- Both are written “VNG” in forum posts, videos, and comments.
- Search results mix the Roblox client with the executor.
- Many guides skip the difference between the app and the tool.
Evidence here is thin. Details such as exact version numbers, update timing, and feature gaps are mostly community knowledge, not published documentation. Treat them as reports, not facts. For current information, check the Delta Executor status page.
VNG vs International: which one should you use
The short answer is to match the Delta build to the Roblox app you actually have installed. A mismatch is the most common reason people report problems.
If you play on the standard global Roblox app: the International version is the logical match. Most guides, scripts, and support discussions assume this setup.
If you play on the Vietnam-region Roblox client: the VNG build is the one aimed at that app. Community members often say it is the better fit for that setup, but that is not something we can confirm independently.
If you are not sure which Roblox app you have: check the app’s publisher and store listing first. Do not guess from the app icon alone.
If you care about update timing: community reports often suggest that regional builds can lag behind or run ahead of the main one. This is anecdotal and changes over time, so we do not present it as a rule.
If you care about language: the VNG side of the community is largely Vietnamese-language, and the International side is mostly English. The language of the help you can find may matter more to you than the build itself.
No version is “safe” or “undetected”. Using any executor can break Roblox’s rules and put your account at risk, whichever build you pick. That risk is the same for VNG and International.
Common VNG mix-ups and how to avoid them
Downloading the wrong build. This is the most common mistake. Someone on the global Roblox app installs the VNG build, or the reverse. Decide which Roblox app you use before you download anything.
Following the wrong key flow. Key steps can differ between builds, and guides written for one may not match the other. If a step in a guide does not appear on your screen, stop and check which build the guide was written for.
Joining the wrong community. A VNG-focused group may give advice that does not fit an International setup, and the reverse is also true. Check which build a thread is about before you follow its advice.
Assuming a script works on both. A script that behaves one way on one build may behave differently on the other. Browse the Delta Executor scripts library with your own build in mind, and read the beginner’s guide to using scripts before running anything.
Trusting unofficial download links. Search results for “Delta VNG” can include copies from unknown sites. Be skeptical of any link that is not clearly tied to the project’s own channels, and do not enter personal details to unlock a download.
How to check which one you have:
- Open your Roblox app and note the publisher and store listing.
- Open Delta and look at the build name or label in the app or its listing.
- Compare both against the guide or script notes you are following.
If the two do not line up, fix that before you try anything else.
Frequently asked questions
What is Delta VNG?
Delta VNG usually refers to the Delta Executor build used with the Vietnam-region Roblox client. The name is also sometimes used loosely for the Roblox VNG app itself, which is why the term is confusing. Details beyond this are mostly community knowledge.
Is VNG different from International Delta?
Yes, the two are aimed at different Roblox apps, so they are not the same build. Beyond that, the specifics of any feature or update differences are reported by the community and are not officially documented that we can point to. Check the status page for the latest information.
Can I switch from VNG to International?
In general, yes, but only if you also use the matching Roblox app, since the build is meant to pair with a particular client. Back up anything you care about first, and expect to repeat setup steps such as the key flow. We cannot promise it will go smoothly on every device, so follow current guidance for your build and use the scripts guide after you switch.
Bottom line
Roblox VNG is official; Delta Vng is a third-party variant for that client. Most users do not need the VNG build. If you do, get it from the same trusted source as your standard build.
